We aim to fulfill all orders as soon as possible. We offer a cost-based shipping system. Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. International orders are shipped via either USPS Priority or UPS World Expedited. Customers will be notified of a proper tracking number for your order once it has been fulfilled.

We also ask our international customers to kindly provide a telephone number when placing your orders. For International Orders: If you refuse your package/s based on either not being able to retrieve from UPS access point or after multiple attempts to be contacted by UPS per their protocol, and then it is returned to Sender, we are under no obligation to issue a refund and you forfeit the items. For Domestic USA Orders: If you refuse your package/s based on either not being able to retrieve from UPS access point or after multiple attempts to be contacted by UPS per their protocol, and then it is returned to Sender, we will issue you a refund for the item/s only and keep the shipment fee for restock. If you would like to then have it resent, you will be charged a shipping fee.
