NONNATIVE combines the durable, functional qualities of workwear, military wear and outdoor wear with contemporary silhouettes and fabrics to create everyday clothing that is appropriate for a wide range of lifestyles and circumstances. The seasonal collections are produced in Japan with a meticulous approach to tailoring, focusing on robust construction and comfortable, unrestrictive fits. Born in Tokyo but not of Tokyo, each collection is based on a season theme that extends beyond the urban streets and dwellings of its home.
We aim to fulfill all orders as soon as possible. We offer a cost-based shipping system. Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. International orders are shipped via either USPS Priority or UPS World Expedited. Customers will be notified of a proper tracking number for your order once it has been fulfilled.
Please note delivery times may vary depending on location, and we do not guarantee these delivery times due to third-party factors beyond our control. We also ask our international customers to kindly provide a telephone number when placing your orders. This will help tremendously in making sure orders are cleared through customs and arrive in your hands in a proper time frame.
For International Orders: If you refuse your package/s based on either not being able to retrieve from UPS access point or after multiple attempts to be contacted by UPS per their protocol, and then it is returned to Sender, we are under no obligation to issue a refund and you forfeit the items. For Domestic USA Orders: If you refuse your package/s based on either not being able to retrieve from UPS access point or after multiple attempts to be contacted by UPS per their protocol, and then it is returned to Sender, we will issue you a refund for the item/s only and keep the shipment fee for restock. If you would like to then have it resent, you will be charged a shipping fee.
RETURNS:
IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO EXCHANGE YOUR ITEM OR NEED A REFUND, OUR RETURN POLICY IS 10 DAYS. IF 10 DAYS HAVE GONE BY AND WE STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED YOUR ITEM(S), UNFORTUNATELY WE CANNOT OFFER YOU A REFUND OR EXCHANGE. YOUR RETURNED ITEM MUST ARRIVE AT FLAGSHIPS NO LATER THAN 10 DAYS AFTER YOUR DELIVERY DATE. WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU CONTACT US OF YOUR RETURN WITHIN 5 DAYS OF YOUR DELIVERY DATE TO ENSURE THAT IT ARRIVES TO US WITHIN 10 DAYS.

HOW TO COMPLETE YOUR RETURN (IF APPLICABLE)
TO COMPLETE YOUR RETURN, WE REQUIRE YOU TO SEND AN E-MAIL TO INFO@THEFLAGSIP.COM TO INQUIRE ABOUT A RETURN LABEL BY PROVIDING YOUR RECEIPT OR PROOF OF PURCHASE. ALWAYS INCLUDE YOUR ORDER NUMBER IN INITIAL CORRESPONDENCE.
PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR PURCHASE BACK TO THE MANUFACTURER.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
ONCE YOUR RETURN IS RECEIVED AND INSPECTED, WE WILL SEND YOU AN EMAIL TO NOTIFY YOU THAT WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR RETURNED ITEM. WE WILL ALSO NOTIFY YOU OF THE APPROVAL OR REJECTION OF YOUR REFUND. IF YOU ARE APPROVED, THEN YOUR REFUND WILL BE PROCESSED, AND A CREDIT WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE APPLIED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD OR ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT, WITHIN 5-10 BUSINESS DAYS. WE DO NOT REFUND THE SHIPPING FEE.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
WE ONLY REPLACE ITEMS IF THEY ARE DEEMED DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED. IF YOU NEED TO EXCHANGE IT FOR THE SAME ITEM, SEND US AN EMAIL AT INFOR@THEFLAGSHIPS.COM AND WE WILL WALK YOU THROUGH THE EXCHANGE PROCESS. IF YOU EMAIL OVER THE WEEKEND, PLEASE WAIT TILL MONDAY FOR A RESPONSE.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
IF YOU HAVEN’T RECEIVED A REFUND YET, FIRST CHECK YOUR BANK ACCOUNT AGAIN. THEN CONTACT YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY AS IT MAY TAKE SOME TIME BEFORE YOUR REFUND IS OFFICIALLY POSTED. NEXT CONTACT YOUR BANK. THERE IS OFTEN SOME PROCESSING TIME BEFORE A REFUND IS POSTED.
